Starting at Royal Cornwall Hospitals
All staff joining Royal Cornwall Hospitals complete our induction training, which includes a welcome to the Trust on their first day, and a series of courses tailored to help the individual start well.
In your recruitment pack, you will have been directed to this webpage to access and read a number of leaflets that form part of your mandatory training and preparation. Please click here to view the RCHT Induction Reading.
Please read this before you start. To help us to check that you have completed your essential reading, please print off the form at the end of the series of booklets, sign it, and bring it with you to the first day of your corporate induction. If you have any problems in accessing the reading series, please call our Learning and Development admin team on 01872 255148.
