The local Pensions Department works very closely with both our Payroll Department and the NHS Pensions Agency, based at Fleetwood in Lancashire.
We provide an administrative service to both employees and employers, giving advice and guidance on all aspects of the NHS Pension Scheme. We are available for any enquiries relating to a member’s NHS Pension Scheme record and can provide the following:
- Help to understand your benefits from the pension scheme including the Total Reward statement and pension estimates provided by the NHS Pensions Agency.
- Information about the purchase of additional benefits
- Membership statements
All of the above are also available direct from the NHS Pensions Agency.
